The base of any custom competition rifle starts with the action. The workhorse of precision rifle actions, the Deviant Tactical with integral 1913 Mil spec (picatinny) scope base and recoil lug is perfect for competition. Fitted to this action is a 26" stainless APR Bartlein Heavy Palma barrel with 1-9 twist chambered in .300 PRC and a Surefire Socom muzzle brake.
