Since 1959, the compact rifle designed by Eugene Stoner has been the go-to choice for U.S. Air Force pilots who require a small-caliber rifle that they can rely on in case they need to eject over a remote area. Over the years, its reputation for being portable, easy to operate, and reliable has been recognized by civilians as well. Nowadays, it is a favorite among bush pilots, backpackers, adventurers, and outdoor enthusiasts who, like their Air Force counterparts, need a rifle that is easy to carry and has the precision to take down small game, if needed.
We have stayed true to the original design's lightweight portability of 3.5 lbs and made some upgrades to the materials and components to ensure maximum reliability and robustness. The gun is just 16.5" long and can easily fit into the cargo area of a plane, boat, or backpack when all the pieces are stowed. The gun is chambered in .22 LR, which means you can carry ample ammunition without adding much weight to your gear.
The Henry U.S. Survival Rifle is designed to be easily assembled and disassembled for portability and convenience. The impact-resistant, water-resistant buttstock can store all the disassembled pieces. To assemble the rifle, one just has to attach the receiver to the stock, insert the barrel, and screw on the nut without any need for tools. The rifle has a durable steel barrel covered with tough ABS plastic and a protective coating that ensures complete corrosion resistance. It's engineered to have perfect balance and maintain its accuracy even after firing thousands of rounds. The Henry U.S. Survival AR-7 is available in three finishes: Black, True Timber Kanati Camo Pattern, and True Timber Viper Western Camo Pattern. All models come with an adjustable rear sight and a blade front sight.
