The Hi-Point Model C-9 is a handgun that is manufactured by Hi-Point Firearms. It is a semi-automatic, blowback-operated pistol that features a polymer frame and is chambered in 9×19mm Parabellum. It is rated to accept +P ammunition. The Model C-9 is a compact, single-stack magazine model of Hi-Point's 9×19mm handgun. The pistol is made up of a polymer frame, a zinc-alloy slide and bolt (with steel reinforcing inserts), and a steel breech, chamber, and barrel. Due to its small and compact design, it is a popular choice for concealed carry.
