Bryant Ridge's Analysis:
During the Second Sino-Japanese War and Second World War, the Empire of Japan used the Type 38 rifle as its primary bolt-action service rifle. The Imperial Japanese Army adopted the design in 1905, during the Meiji period's 38th year, which is why it is called the "Type 38." Although the 6.5×50mm Arisaka cartridge lacked power, the Type 38 rifle remained in use throughout the war, alongside the Type 99 rifle which partially replaced it. The Type 38 carbine was also introduced at the same time as the standard Type 38, intended for use by cavalry, engineers, and other roles where a full-sized rifle would be a hindrance. The carbine's barrel was 19 inches, overall length was 38 inches, and it weighed 3.3 kilograms (7.3 lb).
Return Policy:
We gladly offer a 3 day unfired inspection policy from the time that the firearm is delivered to your FFL. Refunds are available for all qualifying orders.
