Bryant Ridge's Analysis:
The Palm Handguard 15 free float tube (MLOK SKU: HG-V-15M) features a triangular profile that conforms to the palm of your hand giving you a secure and comfortable grip on your AR15 or Pistol Caliber Carbine. The Slotted version of the Palm Handguard provides a Picatinny top rail and KeyMod or MLOK slots along both upper sides, as well as a row of KeyMod or MLOK slots along the bottom to accommodate accessories such as a bipod. The lower sides are adorned with the Luth-AR “Double L”, and Cartridge lightning/cooling cuts to further reduce weight and provide heat dissipation with a distinctive good look. The Smooth version of the Palm Handguard provides a Picatinny top rail for attaching scopes and accessories, (Note: the Smooth version does not have slots on the bottom).
The .308 Widebody Hand Guard (SKU: 308-HG-WB15), is designed to give the shooter a stable base when shooting off a rest or natural support. Retaining the features of our Widebody Hand Guard the same expanded base gives a wide base surface area to work with. The Picatinny top rail and the M-LOK slots along both upper sides, as well as a 3 rows of slots along the bottom allows the use of accessories such as a bi-pod. Available in 15” length, the .308 Widebody Hand Guard is made from 6061-T6 Aluminum extrusion, hard anodized black, includes a .308 Widebody Hand Guard Barrel nut for ease of installation.
The Widebody Hand Guard (SKU: HG-WB15M), builds on the same triangular profile as our inovative Palm Handguard with a new Widebody profile that conforms to the palm of your hand, and provides a wide, flat surface to lay on a shooting bag or other support. Perfect for Hunters, Precision, or 3-Gun competitors, the 15” length features MLOK slots along the upper-side flat, and three rows of slots on the bottom flat. The Widebody Hand Guard is made from 6061-T6 Aluminum extrusion that is hard coat anodized black, and includes a Barrel Nut made from alloy steel with a Melonite finish.
