These rifles trace their lineage directly to those developed by LWRCI to fulfill the specifications set forth by the U.S. Army's Individual Carbine Program. Notably, the LWRCI Monoforge upper receiver is ultrastrong yet lightweight, featuring an integrated rail-base. Coupled with a 9" Quad rail system, this setup allows for easy attachment of various shooting accessories, enhancing the rifle's versatility. At the heart of the IC-A2 is LWRCI's patented, self-regulating short-stroke gas piston system, which is precision machined from super alloys utilized in aerospace engineering, ensuring remarkable durability and performance. The rifle's Dual Control ambidextrous lower receiver allows for seamless operation, providing access to the bolt catch and release, magazine release, and fire control from either side.
