The Flintlock Lyman Great Plains Hunter Signature Series Rifle is the latest iteration in the Great Plains line of rifles. Lyman first offered the Great Plains Hunter Rifle in 1980. The GPH was engineered to be authentic in design and accurate at the range and in the field. Many of the standard design features of the Lyman Great Plains Hunter will be carried forward in the Signature Series, which is made in cooperation with Davide Pedersoli of Italy. This new muzzleloader is sure to be the go-to option for hunters looking for custom quality but at a production muzzleloader price.
There are a few features that set the Great Plains Hunter apart from the standard Great Plains Muzzleloader; First, the Hunter models feature a 1:24” twist rate engineered to accept modern projectiles. Just like the Great Plains Signature Series Rifle, the Great Plains Hunter model will be drilled and tapped to accept the Lyman 57 GPR rear peep sight. As with previous models, the Great Plains Hunter Signature Series Muzzleloader will offer double set triggers.
Condition and Contents:
As you can see in the many high resolution photos, this example is in Excellent condition showing no indications of regular consumer use or handling that we can see! Additionally, it will ship with factory labeled box and papers!
