All Magnum Research 1911s feature the classic series 70 design, popular with many fans of John Browning’s legendary handgun. Slide and frame rails are machined to exacting tolerances, delivering accuracy that will match any custom gun. Features also included are a stainless match barrel, solid guide rod, double diamond checkered wood grips, crisp skeletonized trigger, stainless beavertail grip safety, extended safety lever, extended magazine release, lowered and flared ejection port, skeletonized hammer, checkered frame and mainspring housing, slide front cocking serrations and finished in black oxide.
The 5” G, and 4.33” C models are equipped with Novak style sights, while the 3” U model has an adjustable rear sight. The U and C models use a bushingless bull barrel. Magnum Research 1911s chambered in .45 ACP have a traditional feed ramp machined into the frame. Regardless of which model you choose, the MR1911 offers an incredible set of custom 1911 features at a very affordable price!
