Bryant Ridge's Analysis:
These Guns were made for police agencies in Japan from the 60's to the early 80's, although they were usually passed up on fior Smith and Wesson revolvers instead. This is distinct from Miroku's other revolver, the Liberty Chief, in that it is a larger six shot model, in line with a S&W Model 10. A small number, one source stated around 7000, were imported to the US, with most examples being sold off to other Asian countries.
