Para-Ordnance was the originator of a high-capacity magazine M1911-style pistol. Para-Ordnance was also the manufacturer of the first double-action-only 1911-style pistol. The company has created a true double-stack 1911 pistol, in addition to single- and double-stack pistols in .45 ACP, .40 S&W, 9 mm Parabellum, and .38 Super calibers. Para pistols have found a variety of uses, including competition, law enforcement, concealed carry, and general shooting.
The Para P10 is a recoil-operated, semi-automatic, single-action handgun. It has a grip safety and a manual thumb safety. It is a compact 1911 style .45 ACP model. It has a steel frame, a 3” barrel, and a dovetail front and rear plain black sights. It features an ambidextrous safety, beavertail grip safety, a long solid trigger, flat mainspring housing, and serrated front strap. The small size of the Para P10 makes it ideal for concealed carry.
The Para-Ordnance P10.45 Limited was produced from 1999 to 2002 and features a match-grade barrel, beavertail grip safety, a competition hammer, and a tuned trigger!
