Bryant Ridge's Analysis:
The Remington Model 1100 semi-automatic shotgun is a high-quality shotgun designed especially for clay shooting sports. The Competition model has a gas-operated system that functions smoothly with 2-3/4" light field and target loads. The 1100's recoil-reducing gas-operated system and a recoil-reducing stock help to absorb recoil, making it easier for shooters to take rapid follow-up shots without feeling fatigued. The buttstock and fore-end are made of a rugged composite material with a carbon graphite finish and have textured grip surfaces. The adjustable comb allows the shooter to get their head up and aligned with the 10mm, dual-bead ventilated rib. This enhances the shooter's ability to see rising trap targets, and the ivory front bead and steel mid-bead improve target acquisition. The bore features a lengthened forcing cone, and the 1100 Competition comes with a full set of five Briley, Target, and ProBore choke tubes. The receiver and all internal parts feature a slick, nickel finish to guard against corrosion and enhance the smooth, reliable cycling of the action. The Model 1100 Competition Synthetic Semi-Auto Shotgun can be adjusted to suit your individual needs, making it easier for you to hit your target and turn clay birds into a cloud of dust.
