The 1100 Classic Trap is a competition-grade shotgun designed specifically for trap shooting. The gas-operated system on the Trap model has been optimized to cycle reliably with 2-3/4" target and light field loads. The 1100's recoil-reducing gas operated system and a premium vented recoil pad absorb recoil considerably allowing for rapid follow-up shots, while reducing shooter fatigue. An elevated comb on the butt-stock enhances the shooter's ability to see rising trap targets, and an ivory front bead and steel mid-bead improve target acquisition.
