Bryant Ridge's Analysis:
These revolvers are the Ruger New Model Blackhawks that are Convertibles and made from Special Configurations which were offered by Buckeye Sports in two limited production runs. In 1988 the .32-20 Win Caliber convertible was the first offered, it was also shipped with a cylinder that was chambered for .32 H&R Magnum. If you had purchased the .32-20 Caliber revolver you were offered by Buckeye the following year to have the chance to purchase a .38-40 Win convertible that was shipped with a 10mm AUTO cylinder. This Buckeye set also features an all steel grip frame and an ejector rod housing. There were only 5000 made for each caliber. The Ruger New Model Blackhawk is the most advanced single-action revolver ever made. While retaining the solid frame, feel and comfortable grip of the classic single-actions, they feature Ruger’s patented transfer bar ignition system with loading gate interlock, an all-coil spring mechanism, and frame-mounted firing pin.
