The SKB Arms Company Model 585 Field is designed to provide the hunter with a well balanced, fast shouldering shotgun. These guns are dimensioned for consistent point and swing control, and are available in 12, 20, 28, & 410 gauge. Our standard features include: a finley engraved low profile receiver, Greener syle cross-bolt, box lock action, manual safety conveniently located on the top tang, single selective trigger, and automatic ejectors. Each shotgun is fitted with a sculpted American Black Walnut pistol grip stock and forearm. Over the years, SKB has manufactured thousands of high end shotguns for Weatherby and Ithaca. Their quality is comparable to Browning and the breech locking Greer cross bolt "The Strongest and The Best".
