Bryant Ridge's Analysis:
This Smith & Wesson Model 1905 Hand Ejector is an excellent example of the company's early swing-out 6-shot revolvers without a letter designation. It is chambered in .32-20 Winchester Center Fire, a transitional round that bridged the gap between the black powder cartridges of the Old West and the modern smokeless rounds of today. This earned it a song by legendary Delta bluesman Robert Johnson. It is a 4th generation version made between 1915 and 1940, and its serial number 99777 puts it closer to the earlier side of that range, likely from the late 1920s. The grips are Checkered Walnut with Diamonds Around the Screw Escutcheon, and the ".32 WCF" marking on the barrel is correct for Smiths made between 1916 and 1928. This vintage revolver is from an era of speakeasies and Charlie Chaplin films and is now waiting for the right collector to fill a hole in their collection. With a 5-inch barrel and forged round blade front sight, this Model 1905 Hand Ejector is in good condition, showing some honest wear.
Return Policy:
We gladly offer a 3 day unfired inspection policy from the time that the firearm is delivered to your FFL. Refunds are available for all qualifying orders.
