The Smith & Wesson Model 60 is the First Production example of a stainless revolver produced by S&W. The First Production Run was in the serial range 409802 to 410698 from 1965 until 1969 when an "R" serial prefix was assigned beginning at R1.
This Model 60 (NO-DASH) is part of the First Production run before they started using the "R" serial prefix and holds number 410187!
