The Smith & Wesson M&P Shield M2.0 Semi-Auto Pistol is ideal for concealed carry due to its slim, lightweight, and snag-free design. The pistol features a polymer frame and a black Armornite-finished stainless steel slide that makes it highly resistant to sweat and humidity when carried close to the body. The polymer frame houses a rigid, extended stainless steel chassis which reduces flex and torque when firing, providing better control. The pistol's aggressive texture provides a secure grip, and its original M&P 18° grip angle points instinctively on target. The M2.0 trigger offers a light pull and a tactile and audible reset, while the sear deactivation lever allows disassembly of the weapon without pulling the trigger. A high grip-to-barrel bore axis reduces muzzle flip, ensuring accurate shot placement during rapid fire. The Tritium night sights make it easy to acquire targets in all lighting conditions, and the fish scale slide serrations provide a non-slip grip while chambering rounds or clearing a jam.
