The M&P M2 series is the second generation of M&P polymer handguns, offering a variety of enhancements over its predecessor. It features an improved trigger, an enhanced grip texture, and interchangeable palmswell grip inserts to accommodate a wide range of users. The pistol’s low barrel bore axis and optimal 18-degree grip angle ensure a natural point-of-aim and reduce muzzle rise, which allows for faster aim recovery. Available in multiple sizes, there is an M&P® M2.0™ model that is designed to fit your needs. Key features of the M&P M2.0 include a slide cut for optics, enabling the easy attachment of red-dot sights. The M2.0 flat-face trigger provides consistent finger placement, which aids in more accurate and repeatable shooting. It also includes a manual thumb safety for added security and a Picatinny-style rail for mounting accessories. The forward slide serrations allow for improved slide manipulation. The low barrel bore axis further enhances comfort by reducing muzzle rise and allowing for quicker aim recovery. The 18-degree grip angle promotes a natural point of aim. Additionally, the enhanced grip texture enables the user to manage recoil effectively, maintain a firm grip, and provides comfort when concealing the firearm. The new M&P M2.0 trigger boasts a lighter pull, which enhances the shooting experience, and includes a tactile and audible trigger reset for improved feedback. The 1 in 10" twist M&P M2.0 barrel ensures accuracy and reliability. An extended rigid embedded stainless steel chassis reduces flex and torque during firing, contributing to better overall performance. M&P has also integrated its patented take-down lever and sear deactivation systems, which allow for easy disassembly without the need to pull the trigger.
