Enhanced with a HEX Wasp micro red dot and a Self Indexing Compensator, the Hellcat RDP ensures swift target acquisition and precise follow-up shots. New additions include an optional ambidextrous manual safety and the Gen 2 trigger with improved ergonomics. Built on the foundation of the immensely popular pistol, the Hellcat RDP boasts an optics-ready slide and an extended, threaded 3.8" hammer-forged barrel with a durable Melonite® finish (.5 x 28). Target acquisition is effortless, equipped with a high visibility tritium & luminescent front sight paired with a Tactical Rack U-Dot™ rear sight. The compact compensator, machined from 8082 aluminum and anodized matte black, maximizes muzzle control with its patent-pending Self Indexing design, allowing for easy installation and removal without the need for shims or extra parts. Taming muzzle rise, the Springfield Armory Self Indexing Compensator channels gasses upward, exerting downward pressure on the muzzle for enhanced control and quicker follow-up shots.
