The Colt Model 1873, also known as the Single Action Army, is considered the most iconic handgun of all time and is famously known as the "Gun That Won The West." It has been produced for almost 150 years in various configurations, finishes, and calibers. This revolver is the closest one can get to a Colt without a pony on the side. US Fire Arms Manufacturing Co. (USFA) is known for creating the finest Peacemaker reproductions ever made, and as they are no longer in business, these high-quality revolvers are becoming increasingly scarce every day, making them even rarer than real Colts.
Mr. Dennis Ming, a five-time world champion shootist, approached USFA for assistance in creating the gun he had been searching for. The request was made under the famous "Blue Dome" in Hartford, Conn. Dennis is an authority in cowboy action shooting, thanks to his numerous titles. The gun he requested is called the "China Camp" and is specially designed for advanced shooters. It combines the historical details of yesterday with the modern precision of today.

The "China Camp" features USFA's patented silver steel competition finish and is equipped with a 5 1/2" barrel chambered for .45 Colt. It has a blade front and square notched rear sight, an action job with a crisp trigger that comes straight from the factory. The gun is held by black checkered hard rubber grips that feature the US oval only.
