This Walther PPK is RZM Marked meaning it features "Crown N" proof marking for "Reichszeugmeisterei" Reich Party Purchasing Office.
This Walther PPK also features an official certificate, affidavits, and custom declaration letter stating that the these items of Government property were purchased by Leonard C. Holtzscheider. The Theater Commander and Thomas W. Crockett authorized the retainment and possession as his personal property of the items of captured enemy equipment of German Government material.

Up for auction is a Walther PPK. Made by Carl Walther Waffenfabrik of Zella-Mehlis, Thüringen, this is a very uncommon and highly desirable example of a 7.65mm PPK pocket pistol purchased by the NSDAP for issue to key party members.This gun was made in the Pre-WWII era, as evidenced by the Crown N proofs. The gun has standard Walther markings, as well as the stylized RZM mark on the left side of the slide. RZM guns were for use by party officials and leaders, and as such are much rarer than run of the mill wartime PPK pistols.The RZM (Reichs Zeug Meisterei) was the equipment office of the NSDAP and was established to contract for equipment. Walther supplied approximately 31,000 PPK pistols to the NSDAP between 1934 – 1936.
Condition and Contents:
As you can see in the many high resolution photos, this Walther is in GREAT condition overall for it age showing no evidence of misuse or handling that we can see. Additionally, it will ship with an official certificate, affidavits, and custom declaration letter, AFGA Folding Camera (Billy-Record), and all contents pictured above.
