The Whitney Wolverine is a uniquely styled semi-automatic pistol, designed by Robert Hillberg and introduced during a transformative era in firearm innovation. Produced from 1955 to 1962, only 13,371 units were manufactured, making it a relatively rare collectible today. Chambered in .22 Long Rifle, the Wolverine features a 4 5/8" barrel and a streamlined, futuristic design inspired by aerospace aesthetics—an influence born from Hillberg’s experience with aircraft armaments during World War II.
