The 1886 Winchester accompanied settlers all across America. It soon became the premier big game hunting rifle for North America. It was the rifle that became a Theodore Roosevelt favorite when he was a working cattleman in the Dakotas, years before he was President of the United States.
This model was introduced in 2000 and manufactured in Japan by B.C. Miroku and is similar to the Model 1886 Classic, but fitted with a 22 inch light weight tapered barrel, half magazine, high polished stock with fancy checkering and stunning engravings.
Condition and Contents:
As you can see in the many high resolution photos, this Winchester is what we believe to be New Old Stock showing no indications of consumer use or handling that we can see! Additionally, it will come with the factory labeled box, lock and papers.
