With the design and production promoted by John M. Olin, the Model 21 was one of Winchester’s finest shotguns with regards to quality, reliability and strength. Although technically a production gun, each example was custom-made in terms of configuration, workmanship, quality, and attention to detail.
Like most Winchester Model 21s, this example has very minor blemishes in the stock and faint wear in the bluing, but overall is in EXCELLENT condition as you can see in the pictures for a gun its age! It truly looks like a gun that has been kept in a safe more than its been handled (SEE PHOTOS)! Yet functionally, this Model 21 is as robust as the day it shipped. These deluxe sporting arms are defined not only by their elegant simplicity and master workmanship but as symbols of the golden age of American manufacturing.
