The Winchester Model 255 is a lever-action rifle chambered in .22 Winchester Magnum and was produced from the 1960s to 1970 and is a direct descendant of the famous Model 1873, also known as "the Gun that won the West". Unlike the Model 1873, the Model 255 is a hammer-less rifle with a tube magazine that can hold up to 11 rounds. The Model 255 is one of the rarest rifles in the Winchester 200 series, which includes models 270, 290, 250, and 275.
This Winchester 255 Deluxe model features a fancy select Monte Carlo walnut buttstock and forearm with basket weave/oak leaf checkering, blue finish, jeweled bolt, blade front sight with an adjustable elevator rear sight, and a Bushnell 3X-7X Custom 22 optic that provides better accuracy for long distances.
