Winchester Model 71 Deluxe chambered in .348 Winchester. The Model 71 was a slightly improved model 1886 and, with very few exceptions, only chambered in .348 Winchester. This rifle features a 24-inch blued barrel, 2/3 tube magazine holding 4 cartridges, and a checkered pistol grip stock. The .348 Winchester was introduced in 1936 and was developed for the Winchester Model 71 lever action rifle. The .348 was one of the most powerful rimmed rounds ever used in a lever action rifle.
