Through the years not much has changed from the original Winchester Model 94. The compact receiver keeps the weight centered between your hands. A noticeable lack of an external lever hinge below the receiver makes one-handed carrying convenient and easy. The action makes cycling a fresh round into the chamber smooth and effortless — an important feature for fast moving game like whitetail deer. But most important, the Model 94 is the gun that works — and has worked for over a century.
The Model 94AE Timber is a compact, carbine-style rifle designed to be supremely fast and maneuverable and deliver an enormous punch. Chambered in .444 Marlin, it features a quick-swinging 18" ported barrel. The checkered stock is of beautiful walnut and features an extended length forearm for allows a more forward hand position to nicely balance the barrel. Other features included are a semi-pistol grip design and the three-quarter magazine holds four rounds (plus one in the chamber). The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounts. Designed for hunting the biggest and the baddest game.
