Designed for speed, precision, and reliability, this rifle blends duty-grade components with Taran Tactical’s race-gun tuning, resulting in an exceptionally lightweight and fast-handling platform. Built on an Aero Precision X15 / TTI lower and Vltor MUR-1 upper receiver, the JW2 TR-1 features a Hiperfire Reflex match-fit trigger for a crisp, responsive break and rapid follow-up shots. A TTI Lightspeed buffer spring and IonBond-coated bolt carrier group contribute to smooth cycling and enhanced durability. The proprietary TTI 5.56 match barrel, manufactured by BCM, is paired with a pinned and welded 3-port compensator, which delivers excellent accuracy and reduced recoil impulse for fast, controlled shooting. Handling and ergonomics are enhanced with a BCM KMR Alpha 13" handguard, BCM Gunfighter vertical grip, BCM Gunfighter Mod 0 collapsible stock, and BCM Gunfighter pistol grip, providing a balanced, competition-ready feel.
