The Taurus Model 85 is a compact, double-action/single-action revolver chambered in .38 Special, produced by Taurus International Mfg. and widely recognized for its practical balance of concealability, manageable recoil, and dependable performance. Built on Taurus’s J-frame–sized platform, the Model 85 is designed specifically for concealed carry and personal defense, featuring a small overall footprint and a short barrel—typically around 2 inches—that facilitates discreet carry in a pocket, a waistband holster, or an ankle rig. Any orders placed with magazines that are not compliant with your state, county, or city regulations will not ship with your order.
