The factory Skeet Grade models represent the pinnacle of production competition shotguns, factory stamped 'SKEET' on the receiver extension and featuring ventilated rib barrels, dual target beads, and upgraded checkered walnut furniture. Pre-1964 Winchester Model 12s remain legendary among clay target shooters and collectors for their hand-fitted action smoothness and timeless craft.

This specific example is an authentic 1947-manufactured Winchester Model 12 Skeet bearing matching serial number 1150099 and factory 'SKEET' receiver extension stamping. Chambered in 12 Gauge (2-3/4" chamber), it features a desirable 30-inch barrel w/ a factory ventilated sighting rib, dual target beads, high-luster deep blued steel finishes, and highly figured fancy walnut furniture w/ cut checkering. Custom target enhancements include a red grip cap and an extended ventilated target recoil pad w/ colored accent spacers.
