Bryant Ridge's Analysis:
Introduced by Colt in 1985, the Colt Officer's ACP was developed as a compact, heavy-duty concealed carry translation of the full-sized M1911A1 Government Model. Featuring a shortened 3.5-inch cone-bored bull barrel and a reduced 6-round grip frame, the Officer's ACP gave plainclothes officers, military personnel, and legally armed citizens maximum .45 ACP firepower in a highly concealable 1911 platform. The Series '80 variant incorporates Colt's active firing pin block safety mechanism, ensuring safe drop-proof carry without sacrificing trigger tactile performance.

Manufactured in 1987 (serial number FA29853), this MK IV Series '80 Officer's ACP features crisp slide stampings ("COLT MK IV / SERIES '80 -" and "OFFICER'S ACP"), a 3.5-inch barrel marked "-COLT 45 AUTO-", a three-hole skeletonized aluminum trigger, and stunning custom white mother-of-pearl style swirl grips inlaid with gold Colt rampant horse medallions. Complete with 3 total magazines (two factory Colt-stamped 6-round magazines and one spare Meg-Gar magazine), this compact 1990s Colt classic is ready for personal protection or prime 1911 collection display.

Contents:
This example will ship with 3 total 6-round magazines (2 factory Colt magazines and 1 spare Meg-Gar magazine) as pictured above.
