The Ruger SR9c is a compact striker-fired semi-automatic pistol that earned a strong reputation for blending concealability, reliability, and user-friendly features in an affordable defensive handgun package. Produced by Sturm, Ruger & Co. and introduced in 2010 as the smaller companion to the full-size SR9, the SR9c was designed for concealed carry while preserving many of the handling qualities of a duty pistol.
