This pistol is equipped with a 7.72-inch cold hammer-forged barrel fitted with a 5-inch KAK Flash Can; the muzzle is dual threaded in both 18×1 and 1/2×28 patterns, allowing straightforward installation of suppressors or other muzzle devices once the flash can is removed. The pistol provides the extended forend of the Scorpion Carbine, allowing many pistol suppressors to be installed beneath the handguard while helping keep the overall length compact and streamlined. The firearm is fitted with a folding SB Tactical arm brace, which allows the pistol to be more compact for storage and transport. At the same time, a polymer pistol grip is adjustable for reach to the trigger, contributing to comfortable handling for a wide range of shooters.

Current production Scorpion pistols differ slightly from earlier variants in that they lack the 3/4-inch sling slot on the left side of the receiver.
