Bryant Ridge's Analysis:
Engineered as the modern evolution of the Czech military's 805 BREN platform, the CZ BREN 2Ms Carbine stands as one of the most advanced, lightweight, and mechanically refined piston-driven 5.56 rifle systems in current global production. Utilizing a short-stroke gas piston operating system paired with an adjustable gas valve, the BREN 2Ms delivers ultra-reliable cycling across high-volume firing schedules while keeping carbon buildup out of the receiver. Featuring a rigid aluminum monolithic upper receiver with M-LOK handguard slots, full-length top Picatinny rail, fully ambidextrous magazine release and safety levers, non-reciprocating charging handle, and a side-folding telescoping stock assembly, the CZ BREN 2Ms delivers ergonomic perfection and match-grade tactical accuracy.
This specific example is an authentic Czech-manufactured CZ BREN 2Ms carbine chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO, bearing serial number D341513. Featuring a "20" date proof indicating 2020 manufacture, it is equipped with a 16-inch cold hammer-forged barrel stamped 5.56x45, factory high-efficiency muzzle brake, extended aluminum M-LOK handguard, monolithic top Picatinny rail, side-folding adjustable stock, and custom aftermarket blue-anodized charging handle and selector switch accents. The factory matte black metal finishes and composite frame present in excellent condition throughout, showing light natural handling marks and clean markings. Mechanically, the piston mechanism operates with hydraulic smoothness, the bolt locks up tight, the trigger pull breaks clean, and the 16-inch barrel bore is mirror-bright with razor-sharp rifling. Complete with one (1) 30-round OKAY Industries aluminum STANAG magazine, this CZ BREN 2Ms offers a flagship tactical carbine setup.
