The Henry Big Boy Revolver is the first double-action revolver produced by Henry Repeating Arms, introduced in 2023 after decades of the company being known primarily for its lever-action rifles. Chambered in .357 Magnum and .38 Special, the Big Boy Revolver is a traditional double-action/single-action six-shot revolver built entirely in the United States with a medium-size steel frame, 4-inch round barrel, transfer-bar safety, and a robust cylinder lockup utilizing both a rear locking bolt and a front crane ball-detent for added strength. Available with either Gunfighter (square-butt)or Birdshead (round-butt) grip frames, each featuring polished brass grip frames and American walnut stocks, the revolver blends classic late-19th-century styling with modern engineering. Additional features include a polished blued finish, fixed rear sight, interchangeable front sight blades, and compatibility with both full-power .357 Magnum and .38 Special ammunition, making it equally suited for target shooting, field use, and recreational shooting.
