Bryant Ridge's Analysis:
Designed in Italy by Giugiaro Design and manufactured in the United States by Beretta U.S.A., the U22 Neos is a modern, modular .22 LR rimfire handgun built specifically for recreational plinking and target shooting. Featuring futuristic styling, the U22 Neos is constructed around a durable polymer frame with an steeply angled, ergonomic grip that naturally aligns with the shooter's point of aim. A defining feature of the design is its full-length top sight rail incorporating Weaver-style slots, allowing direct, low-profile mounting of red dot optics or pistol scopes above its integrated target iron sights. Combined with an easy tool-less takedown thumb wheel, ambidextrous frame safety, and crisp single-action trigger, the Neos stands as an exceptionally practical and customizable rimfire platform.
This specific example is an authentic Beretta U22 Neos bearing serial number P42881. Chambered in .22 LR with a 4.5-inch barrel, it features a matte black finish, full-length optics rail, adjustable rear target sight, textured black polymer grip, and two 10-round stainless steel magazines. The complete factory package includes its black molded plastic hard case embossed with the "u22 neos" logo, instruction manual, California-certified gun lock box, hangtags, and factory paperwork inserts. A turn-key setup for target shooters, plinkers, and Beretta enthusiasts.
