The CZ 75B is one of the most respected and influential semi-automatic pistols ever produced by Ceská zbrojovka Uherský Brod, widely admired for its exceptional ergonomics, accuracy, reliability, and all-steel construction. Introduced as an evolution of the original CZ 75 design, the “B” designation refers to the addition of an internal firing-pin block safety system that enhanced drop safety while preserving the pistol’s renowned shooting characteristics.
