Bryant Ridge's Analysis:
Engineered as the modern evolution of the United States Special Operations Command's iconic Mk 12 Special Purpose Rifle (SPR), the Daniel Defense DDM4 MK12 represents the gold standard in semi-automatic designated marksman platforms. Built around an 18-inch cold hammer-forged stainless steel match-grade barrel with a rifle-length direct-impingement gas system, the MK12 achieves a remarkably soft shooting cycle, exceptionally flat trajectory, and match-grade sub-MOA accuracy. Featuring Daniel Defense's bombproof four-bolt Bolt-Up System, a 12-inch DDM4 free-floating quad rail handguard, Geissele SSA two-stage match trigger, and proprietary glass-filled overmolded ergonomic furniture, the DDM4 MK12 effortlessly bridges the gap between nimble tactical maneuverability and long-range precision engagement. Highly regarded by precision marksmen and military enthusiasts, this rifle remains one of Daniel Defense's most prestigious production offerings.
This specific example is an authentic American-manufactured Daniel Defense DDM4 MK12 semi-automatic precision rifle chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO, bearing serial number DDM4386329. Outfitted in factory designated marksman trim, it features an 18-inch stainless match barrel capped with a DD flash suppressor, rifle-length low-profile gas block, full-length free-floating quad rail with textured rail panel covers, flat-top Picatinny receiver, ambidextrous safety selector, and Daniel Defense adjustable stock and grip. The factory matte black hardcoat anodized finishes present in pristine overall condition throughout, displaying laser-sharp roll-marks and immaculate receiver flats. Mechanically, the action cycles with glass-smooth precision, the two-stage Geissele match trigger breaks crisp and light, lockup is rock-solid, and the 18-inch stainless match bore is mirror-bright with razor-sharp rifling throughout. Complete in its original factory heavy-duty hardshell transit case with owner's manual packet, factory cable lock, and two (2) Daniel Defense 32-round polymer magazines, this MK12 offers a turn-key precision rifle setup.
