According to the owner, this example remains in "NEW OLD STOCK" condition, and we see no evidence to indicate otherwise!

Built around a robust forged 7075-T6 aluminum receiver set manufactured in Elk Grove Village, Illinois by DS Arms (DSA Inc.), the Model ZM4 provides a mil-spec pattern AR-15 foundation. Featuring a 16-inch stainless steel barrel w/ a versatile 1:8" twist rate, the ZM4 combines the classic utility of the M4 carbine platform w/ enhanced barrel corrosion resistance and match-grade velocity potential. Equipped w/ a flat-top Picatinny upper receiver, standard carbine handguards, and a 6-position telescoping stock, it remains a highly versatile general-purpose utility rifle.

This specific example is an authentic Illinois-manufactured DS Arms Model ZM4 bearing serial number DSF017510. Chambered in 5.56mm NATO (.223 Rem), it features a 16-inch bead-blasted matte stainless steel barrel (1:8" SS), A2 flash hider, forged A2 front sight tower w/ sling swivel, flat-top Picatinny rail upper, and black M4-style furniture. Preserved in great condition w/ clean anodized aluminum receiver surfaces, minor assembly handling, a mirror-bright bore w/ sharp rifling, and crisp mechanical function. A turn-key 5.56 AR-15 carbine ready for custom optic installation, home defense, or range recreation.
