The Feinwerkbau Sport 124 is one of the most influential sporting air rifles ever produced, widely respected for bringing true field-grade power, precision engineering, and refined handling to the spring-piston airgun market during the late 20th century. Manufactured in Germany by Feinwerkbau, the Model 124 was introduced in the 1970s and quickly earned a legendary reputation among airgun enthusiasts, hunters, and target shooters for delivering significantly higher velocity than many traditional spring rifles of its era while maintaining excellent build quality. It is a break-barrel, spring-piston design, meaning the barrel hinges downward to cock the internal spring and allow direct pellet loading into the breech.
