Bryant Ridge's Analysis:
Engineered for deep personal concealment and ultra-smooth double-action operation, the Kahr Arms Elite 98 series represents the deluxe pinnacle of Kahr's legendary steel-framed handguns. Built around a solid CNC-machined 4140 stainless steel frame and slide, the Elite 98 package receives hand-polishing on the slide and frame flats, a rounded and polished trigger face, and a hand-beveled magazine well for rapid reloads. Featuring Kahr's patented offset recoil lug and trigger cam mechanism, the K40 Elite 98 yields an exceptionally low bore axis and a butter-smooth 3/8-inch trigger travel that feels like a custom target revolver. Chambered in the potent .40 S&W round and outfitted with match polygonal rifling, Meprolight night sights, and rich wood grips, this steel-frame subcompact delivers supreme shootability, heirloom aesthetics, and maximum stopping power in a slim single-stack package.

The stainless steel finish and hardwood grips present in excellent, well-preserved overall condition throughout, displaying clean roll-stamps, smooth steel surfaces, and crisp slide serrations. Mechanically, the DAO action operates with signature glass-smooth precision, trigger break is fluid, and the 3.5-inch polygonal barrel bore is mirror-bright.
