Chambered in the 5.45x39mm caliber, this semi-automatic rifle is built on a stamped steel receiver equipped with an integrated side rail optics mount and a 16-inch barrel made from 4150 steel treated with a rugged gas nitride finish for increased durability and corrosion resistance. Machined with a 1:6.5" twist rate intended to stabilize the 5.45mm projectile, the barreled action is constructed with an AKM-style front sight base and a 45-degree gas block, utilizing versatile 1/2x28 muzzle threading to facilitate all of your suppressor mounting capabilities while shipping natively with a specialized PSA AK-556 dual-chambered muzzle brake that marries the advantages of a brake and compensator into a single piece to keep the muzzle flat and felt recoil low.
