Bryant Ridge Co. is pleased to present this pump-action shotgun today for a penny-start auction; this is the Remington 870 Marine Magnum.
 

The original Remington 870 top-folding law enforcement stock is rare and highly collectible, having been used by police and tactical units from the 1960s through the 1980s. These stamped steel folders are increasingly sought after on the secondary market. Early or “pre-ban” examples—especially those marked “FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT ONLY”—are particularly desirable.

According to the owner, this example is in “New in Box” condition.

This configuration is further distinguished by the inclusion of a metal top-folding stock, a feature historically associated with law enforcement and tactical use from the mid-20th century.
