The Romarm SAR-1 is a semi-automatic rifle imported into the United States from Romania and manufactured by Cugir Arms Factory under the state-owned umbrella of Romarm, representing one of the most widely recognized AK-pattern rifles brought into the U.S. during the late 1990s and early 2000s.
