Developed with input from legendary Border Patrol legend Bill Jordan, the Smith & Wesson Model 19 Combat Magnum is celebrated as one of the finest general-duty and law enforcement revolvers ever produced. Combining the relatively lightweight K-frame size with full .357 Magnum firepower, the 2.5-inch snubnose variant gained immense popularity among undercover detectives and plainclothes officers. The 19-5 engineering engineering revision introduced the modern radiused frame geometry while retaining traditional forged steel strength and S&W's brilliant DA/SA trigger pull.

This exact revolver, serial number ABN2663, was manufactured in Springfield, Massachusetts circa 1985. Chambered in .357 Magnum with a 6-shot cylinder capacity, it features a 2.5-inch barrel with ejector shroud, factory blued finish, color case-hardened spur hammer and serrated trigger, adjustable target rear sight, and a recoil-mitigating black Pachmayr Gripper rubber grip. It comes paired with a high-quality Galco black leather belt holster with original tag (Model CM202B). Presenting in great original condition overall with deep bluing, tight cylinder lockup, a mirror-bright bore, and crisp action, this S&W Model 19-5 2.5" snubnose package is a classic choice for personal protection carry or S&W revolver collections.
