Introduced in 1972 as the stainless steel counterpart to the legendary Model 15 Combat Masterpiece, the Smith & Wesson Model 67 is one of the most revered duty revolvers ever fielded by American law enforcement. Built on S&W's iconic medium-size K-frame, the Model 67 features a 4-inch tapered barrel, fully adjustable micrometer rear sight, and smooth DA/SA trigger pull. Early "no-dash" production examples from the early 1970s are particularly prized by collectors for their all-stainless rear sight assemblies (later changed to black anodized aluminium) and robust forged lockwork.

This specific example is an authentic Smith & Wesson Model 67 (No-Dash) bearing serial number 5K77449, manufactured in 1973. Chambered in .38 Special, it features a 4-inch tapered barrel, satin stainless steel finish, all-stainless adjustable rear sight, serrated ramp front sight, and checkered walnut grips with silver S&W logo medallions. Notably, the left frame beneath the cylinder is roll-marked "S.C.P.D.R", indicating police departmental provenance. Displaying clean stainless steel surfaces w/ light handling wear and minor scuffs consistent w/ duty carry, a mirror-bright bore w/ sharp rifling, and tight K-frame timing, this 1973 Model 67 No-Dash is a fantastic addition for Smith & Wesson collectors and law enforcement handgun historians alike.
