Bryant Ridge Auction Company is pleased to present this Excellent single action army revolver today for a penny start auction, this is the Colt Frontier Scout '62 Dual Cylinder Model!
Called the “Frontier Scout ’62" (P Serial Number Suffix) because of its introduction in 1962, these were manufactured until 1970. They were made from Zamak alloy instead of aluminum and were blued with simulation stag horn grips called Staglite grips. This example was made in 1967!

Colt has always been known for it's quality, and this 1967 Colt Frontier Scout '62 is a beautiful representation and example of that quality. Both cylinders, the .22LR and the .22 Magnum, fit, lock, and cycle without any flaw or binding of any kind. The hammer has audible and tactile 'click's' for each position, and the trigger is just like every other Colt trigger: light and crisp with no takeup or mush. The interchangeability of the different caliber cylinders is a wonderful option for a range of different shooting applications. The Colt "Staglite" grips provide a very comfortable and natural feeling texture.
