Ruggedness and fast handling make the GI carbine an instant favorite. Marlin added its old-fashioned craftsmanship and remarkable accuracy to produce a tremendous automatic 22. A great-looking .22. At first glance, you think you're looking at an M-1 carbine. Then, as you hold it and start to look closer, you realize you are holding a .22 with a tube-fed magazine. This is an excellent body kit and an understandably good choice by Marlin. This particular example still features the Original front sight, making an already sought-after gun even more desirable. While everyone else has their .22 dressed up like an AR, you can have an M-1 look-a-like. This was also a promotional model made by Marlin, so you're not buying a gun with a body kit, but the actual model that came out. Collectible!
