Optics/Sights: Serrated ramp front / Adjustable micrometer rear
Stock/Grips: Black rubber grips w/ diamond texturing and Colt medallions
Action: Double/single Action
Markings: German proof marks on the left side of the frame and barrel and the rear face of the cylinder. The barrel, frame at the barrel and the rear face of the cylinder are marked with the German Eagle over “N” proof mark which is the Ulm proof house definitive nitro proof. The frame at the barrel also has the crosshatched shield of the Munich proof house.

The Colt Python is a .357 Magnum caliber revolver manufactured by Colt's Manufacturing Company of Hartford, Connecticut. It was first introduced in 1955, the same year as Smith & Wesson's M29 .44 Magnum. The Colt Python model was intended for the premium revolver market segment and has become THE PREMIER COLLECTOR firearm.
