Taurus of Porto Alegre, Brazil, introduced it's first revolver in 1941 snd since then it has become one of the largest manufacturers of handguns in Latin America. In 1985, the American market was introduced to the Taurus Model 85. It features a small frame, snub nose, factory bobbed hammer and chambered for the .38 Special. It also features a 2" heavy solid rib barrel fitted with ejector shroud, fixed front sights and wooden grips.
Condition and Contents:
As you can see in the many high resolution photos, this Taurus is in Excellent condition showing no indications of regular consumer use or handling that we can see. Additionally, it will ship with the factory labeled box.
